Very pretty golden yellow in colour shaded with gentle pale green. Made from the noble Chardonnay grape, this Chablis offers a complex nose rich in white flower aromas. With a delicate and very feminine perfume, the FLEUR D'ACACIA dominates and blends finely with fresh fruit aromas nuanced by subtle mineral notes. The resulting Chablis has a delicate spice from acacia that lies beneath the citrus and mineral elements of the fruit and a textured dry palate. This has a good weight and a firm acidity which gives depth and persistence in a long dry sumptuous and supple finish. This is a beautiful, delineated wine that boasts incredible precision and detail all the way through to the finely sculpted finish.
